Our time and expertise: researching, designing and organizing your trip, and the to-do list that keeps it on track. Our fee is the only thing you pay us.
We recommend and shortlist them, then you book directly with the airline or hotel. We don’t add fees, markups or commissions, so what you pay them is exactly the listed price.
Everything with a deadline or a decision: passport and visa checks, when to book what, reservations, packing, transport on the day, and daily to-dos while you travel.
Essential suits one focused trip. Classic fits longer or multi-stop trips. Signature adds reservations and live support on the road. Not sure? Book a consultation and we’ll tell you honestly.
Each package includes revisions. If something changes after you’ve travelled out, Signature and Bespoke clients can message us directly.
Payment is due in full before planning begins, and we’ll send a written agreement that spells out exactly what’s included. Bespoke pricing is agreed after your consultation.
